| The cottage
has been fully renovated for 2006 with old features retained. The
sitting room has the original slate floor and exposed beams and
upstairs old beams are revealed under the high ceilings. The cottage
is heated by electric storage heaters and a wood-burner. |

sitting room has a large sofa and a double futon couch which can
sleep 2 extra people. There is a slate floor and a rug. The dining
table and chairs fold away neatly to give more space. There is a TV
with DVD player and a music CD player. The fireplace with the wood
burner is an attractive focal point in the room. |

| The
Bedrooms are a double and another with a bunk bed and a single
bed. Duvets and cotton bed-linen are provided. Heating is by storage
radiators. The high wooden boarded ceilings are well insulated and
with the roof windows give the upstairs a bright and spacious feel. |

| The Kitchen has
electric oven and hob and a good range of pots and pans, dishes,
crockery and utensils. From the kitchen the back door leads to a
shared garden. |

| The Bathroom has a
walk in shower and is tiled throughout. There is a fan heater and a
heated towel rail. |

| Outside
the cottage has its own
little back yard with a table and use of the shared garden, with
lawn, flowers, fruit bushes and herbs. There is a lockable shed for
bike storage, a log store and a drying room for outdoor gear or
washing. |

| Access to the cottage front
door is via a level path from the road or a step down from the
parking area. Inside there is 2 steps up into the kitchen and 1 into
the shower-room. The bedrooms are up a flight of stairs with a
narrow turn at the top. There are no special facilities for disabled
visitors, but contact us and we will try to accommodate you. |
